Welcome to the weekly recipes page. I’ll be starting with some basic seafood preparation that can be made at the Baja campsite, R/V trailer park or the comfort of your home kitchen. The appetizers, entrées and desserts ingredients are easily obtainable at any Baja produce market and throughout the Americas, with the exception of some seafood I’ll be using from My area.
